Do I need an appointment?
Do you take walk-ins?

We would prefer for you to make an appointment, as walk-ins are a first come first serve biases. Your best bet would to be to call us at our main line and check on availability before coming over!

How long does it take to do the work on my vehicle?

Like our bodies, every car is different! Sometimes, the more generic jobs can take a bit longer than usual - and sometimes the harder jobs can be done much more efficiently! Scheduling an inspection to figure out the problems is the quickest way to understanding the timeframe.

Do you guys do warranty work?

We accept most warranty contracts! For more details, make sure to give us a call in advance to let us know who you deal with so we can get everything ready before you come in for your appointment.

PLEASE BE ADVISED! ALL WARRANTY COMPANIES DIFFER IN ACCEPTANCE TIMEFRAME AND COVERAGE BASED ON THE CIRCUMSTANCE OF EACH VEHICLE. Some cars MAY NEED several sessions of diagnostics (from dropping pans, checking fluids, getting detailed information) in order to confirm the work and move forward with repairs. This could take days - or even weeks - based on your situation. Please be patient with us as we work with your company to satisfy your needs!

What is your labor rate?

As of July 1st 2024, we are now at $150.00!

All jobs sold after July 1st will adhere to this new labor rate.

Should I bring cash or card?

As of January 2025 we are only accepting CASH or ZELLE payments due to processing concerns from our banking provider due to charge backs. We will let you know when we accept any other forms of payments.

Do you guys charge for diagnostics for my vehicle?

Our flat rate for diagnostics is priced out starting at $60.00 - however, should you do the work here we will happily take it off of the bill when we check you out! Always expect this amount when coming in for diagnostics - and we appreciate your understanding!

How much is an Oil Change?

A regular synthetic Oil Change is $39.95 + tax and a full synthetic oil change is $59.95 + tax. This is with tax. Please note that specialty oil and filter will be an upcharge!

Can you give me a ride to and from the mechanic shop?

For our local residents, we offer a service of picking you up and dropping you off to your home as long as it's scheduled properly!

Can you guys fix my keys?

Yes we can! Please note that every key is differently priced and the vehicle MUST stay here much like a regular appointment.

Can I drop my car off after hours?

We have a dropbox in the first bay door, just keep an eye out for the big KEY DROP words and you can't miss it!
